Welcome to Lawrence County Association for Responsible Care (LCARC) a leading provider in Lawrence County, PA of services for people with social, intellectual, and developmental disabilities. We also provide early intervention services for young children and their families.

LCARC strives to provide the right staff person for each situation. We offer our services in residential, in-home, and day care sites. Our staff work with a variety of situational needs on an individual basis. Some assignments may have flexible and part time hours while others may follow a typical shift: day, afternoon/evening, or night. We also hire temporary staff for our summer camp program.

CURRENT JOB POSTINGS:

Pediatric Physical Therapist to work in Lawrence County, PA. The Early Intervention Program is for infants and toddlers, age birth to three who have or are at risk for developmental delays.
Early Intervention Therapist position requires travel, providing services in the child's home or another natural environment. The program focus is educating parents and caregivers to follow through with appropriate activities when the Therapist is not present.
All applicants must have valid, current certification/licensure as a physical therapist by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This is a contracted position with a generous hourly rate.
All applicants must complete required eligibility, screening, and training processes if selected. EOE

 

COMMUNITY AIDES, WEEKDAYS, PART-TIME, FLEXIBLE HOURS, needed for private, non-profit Agency in Lawrence County at its local day program.  You will be trained to assist adults with intellectual disabilities in establishing friendships, pursuing volunteer opportunities, and other activities of an Adult Everyday Life.  
Must be a reliable “people person” with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.  Personal care assistance is a required duty.

Local private, non-profit social service Agency seeking Emergency Relief staff.  After successfully completing our in-depth paid training program, you will be qualified to work in a variety of capacities and locations assisting adults with intellectual disabilities   YOU PICK from a number of work shift opportunities, selecting what suits YOU BEST with your schedule and lifestyle!   Build your own flexible schedule (minimum of 32 hours per month).  Competitive hourly rate – commensurate with education and previous direct care experience.
