Lawrence County Association for Responsible Care (LCARC)

LCARC has been in operation since 1954 and is currently the largest provider of services for the socially, intellectually, and developmentally disabled in Lawrence County, Pennsylvania. We are also the second largest non-profit employer in our county, employing over 120 full- and part-time staff. LCARC employs an additional 30 temporary Summer Camp staff for 6-8 weeks of our summer program. Last year we provided services to over 300 individuals in our community.

About Our Staff

LCARC staff working in the Residential, Adult Training Facility, and Home-Based Waiver programs receive a minimum of 24 hours of training per year on the following topics:
